Summary
Vibe-Coding Workflow has a free plan and optional Basic and Pro subscriptions. Review AI-generated content before use. We provide this tool "as is" without warranties.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vibe-Coding Workflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Vibe-Coding Workflow is a client-side web application that:
- Helps you create AI coding assistant configurations
- Generates prompts for various AI providers
- Stores projects locally, with optional Basic/Pro cloud sync through Supabase
- Routes BYOK generation through a Vercel function using the Vercel AI SDK
You can use included hosted AI within your monthly credit allowance, or use your own API key. Your provider charges for use of your own key separately.
3. Your Responsibilities
- API Keys: You are responsible for securing your API keys and any costs incurred from their use
- Content Review: You must review all AI-generated content before using it in production
- Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms of service of any AI providers you use
- Lawful Use: You will not use this tool to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up your projects (exported as JSON)
4. Disclaimers
No Warranty
This tool is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.
- AI-generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors
- Generated content may not be suitable for production use without review
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of this tool
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or generate using this tool, subject to any terms from AI providers regarding generated content.
Our Tool: All rights to Vibe-Coding Workflow are reserved. The tool is provided for your use but may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
6. Subscriptions and credits
Basic and Pro renew automatically each month or year, as selected at checkout. The checkout shows the price, billing interval, and applicable taxes before payment. See pricing for current plans.
Paddle is our merchant of record and the authorized reseller for subscriptions. Paddle handles payment, taxes, and billing support. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Hosted AI credits reset monthly, including on annual plans. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. At launch, additional credits are not sold separately.
Each hosted run shows an estimate and maximum charge before it starts. Charges depend on the model, input and output tokens, and web search use. When credits run out, wait for the reset, upgrade, or use your own key. The full workflow, exports, and unlimited local projects remain free.
Cancel in Settings → Account → Manage billing, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the paid period ends unless the payment is refunded or access ends for another valid reason. A pause or unpaid renewal stops paid use. You retain access to download saved project data.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of the first subscription payment. See our refund policy for instructions. Required consumer rights and Paddle’s rules also apply.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
